Query

Per-day free working hours for one or more resources (users or placeholders) over a date range. Hours are capacity minus committed work minus time off, clamped at 0. A value of 0 means the resource is unavailable that day (weekend, holiday, fully booked, on PTO, outside employment window, or removed from workspace). Use for workload and capacity questions, not for meeting scheduling.
